Hosting, monitoring, tuning, model updates and support — plus a monthly usage allowance in plain units (conversations, documents, questions, minutes). Go over it and a simple published rate applies, shown in each package's details. Most clients never reach it. Your monthly is usage-based — estimate it below.
On our cloud (default): one bill, usage included up to your allowance. On your own cloud (enterprise): it runs in your accounts, you pay the AI providers directly, and we drop the usage line — you pay the service fee only.

We agree an accuracy target, measure it against a held-out set of your own historic cases before go-live, and report it every month. If it drops below target, fixing it is covered.
